"Late Checkout" is the newest collaborative effort from Shubzilla and Bill Beats, set for release on June 2nd, 2023. Featuring 11 tracks (8 songs and 3 skits), the album is a unique testament to friendship, memories, and the joy of creation, all set to the classic 90's boom-bap hip hop flavor that fans have come to know and love.

This album is more than a collection of songs; it's a sonic road trip, recorded on the go, from state to state, playing shows and conventions. Using makeshift studios in hotel rooms, Shubzilla and Bill Beats have transformed transience into art. Hotel rooms, often anonymous and impersonal, are reborn as hubs of creativity, with a drum machine, a computer, a mic, and a treasury of sampled soul, funk, and jazz records bringing their sound to life.

Featuring a veritable all-star lineup of friends and collaborators such as Kadesh Flow, Gross Angel, O Super, Damn Selene, navi, Lord Xzae, Ohm-I, Swell Rell, Gr3ys0n, Prowess The Testament, and MessiahCarey, this album infuses the already potent Shubzilla and Bill Beats dynamic with fresh voices and perspectives.
